COVID-19 resources
Kids as young as 6 months old are eligible for COVID-19 vaccine.
Two vaccines are authorized for younger children:
-
Moderna—6 months to 5-years-old, 2 doses 4 weeks apart.
-
Pfizer—6 months to 4-years-old, 3 doses. The second dose is 3 weeks after the first followed by a third dose at least 8 weeks after the second.
Family Resource Centers
Family
Resource Centers help children, families and communities thrive. We provide the help and resources you need. Each resource center has unique services. We design each center to meet the needs of the community around it. In August,
we referred families to nearly 350,000 community resources. We also offered dozens of classes, support, community events and meetings.
