Depends on where she is in the process.  Valeri sent out the link to apply for the new Pierce County Eviction Prevention funds yesterday afternoon, and TacomaProBono provides free legal assistance to anyone low-income who has received a summons & complaint but not a writ yet.  They or we may be able to provide legal assistance outside that narrow window of time as well.
