Hello folks,
Yesterday I spoke with a gentleman at a Community Health Event who was experiencing homelessness. I spoke with him for sometime and he mentioned he had a Section 8 Voucher and involved in the HEN program, but he needed help finding housing
in area. I referred him to several local organizations that might be able to assign him an advocate and I contacted DSHS who stated they should be able to assign him a social worker. I wanted to reach out to the group and see if folks had a case manager/housing
navigator with an available case load to work with this person. I have where he is staying and his phone number. Anyone able to help would be appreciated!
