Hello friends-

I cannot believe how fast the New Year is going by! The first Collaboration For A Cause of 2023 is rapidly approaching. We are incredibly thankful for the partnership of the Puyallup Library and the Puyallup Chamber of Commerce!

This event will be held at Pioneer Pavilion on March 16th from 10am-3pm. The self-registration and referral link will open on March 1 for those with limited transportation. Some great NEW things happening at this event: Boeing will be conducting on-the-spot interviews and hiring. Yes, you read that correctly- Boeing!! Numerous jobs will be available so we ask that people come prepared with resume and ready to interview. But wait- if people do not have a current resume, we will be there to help with an ongoing resume assistance class during the event. There is more (sound like a commercial yet), Goodwill, the Puyallup Library have teamed up with the VITA program to host immediate tax prep for those with incomes under $70k. If you or someone is interested in this opportunity, please bring all required documents for tax prep to include Social Security, W-2’s and picture ID.

Along with the above awesomeness, we will host 70 organizations covering employment, basic needs, health, education and training and young adult services. Several housing assistance programs will be onsite as well as legal help, childcare assistance, addiction, mental health, help with education….AND SO MUCH MORE!

I am still registering vendors for the event. If you are interested and you provide services in Puyallup area- email me directly! Please share this widely!

Make it a great day!
