Good morning all,

We are working with a lower income disabled female member with multiple chronic health conditions that needs to file an anti-harassment order against her neighbor. She reported over this past weekend a female neighbor broke out her front and back car windshields with a propane tank. The police took a report. Member’s vehicle damage is not expensive enough for her insurance to cover at this time. We are requesting resources to assist with financial assistance for the anti-harassment order  ($100.00 filing fee). Member submitted a financial declaration stating she was lower income but was told she still had to pay this amount. We are also seeking resources to assist her with replacement of her windshields. CCSW Volunteer chore services program was not able to assist us as this is not within the scope of their services. Any assistance, resources or suggestions are much appreciated.
