I recommend Adult Protective Services, and, CPS. If people are in danger, they need urgent help. Also, the DV Hotline. I don’t know the number. However, they need to get emergency assistance. DV is something that needs to be addressed, immediately.

I have a mama with a 5-year-old daughter who is experiencing extreme domestic violence. Do we have any info on emergency shelters she might be able to flee to tonight with her daughter. They also have a dog. Any information will be so helpful.
