Good afternoon all,

We have a Molina member who is living in an RV on her aunt’s property in Parkland, WA.

Member is disabled with physical and mental disabilities. Member has service animals and is diagnosed with brain damage and hearing damage. The city is threatening to sue the aunt for 10,000 if RV is not removed in two weeks. No additional explanation was provided. Member has a very low income of 750.00 a month, her rent is 500.00, and this will likely cause her to be homeless. Any assistance is appreciated.

We have contacted Home and Community Services, Tacoma Pro Bono, the Attorney General’s Office, Washington Landlord/Tenant, and NAMI.

Can anyone think of any other resources?

Thank you!

Christina
