Hello, I'm just a citizen, but I was thinking about the potentially daunting paperwork requirements that some people might face in obtaining housing or other benefits, and was wondering if that's a need in our community. I remember when I first returned from Iraq and saw the packet of forms I would have to complete in order to apply for PTSD compensation. I just tossed the packet on my therapist's desk and said derisively, "Yeah, this is what they want me to fill out. I don't think so. I can't do it. Thanks for all your help, but I guess this is the end." She found somebody in Olympia who was willing and able to complete the paperwork for me, and that's why I'm still here today. So I'd like to help pay it forward in the same way if possible.

Cheers,

~~Cheryl
