Information: Families in Need of Thanksgiving Baskets

In connection with the Tacoma Police Department, Metro Parks, City of Tacoma, Tacoma Ministerial Alliance, the
Tacoma
Urban League was provided with the attached form for individuals or families to fill out if they are in need of a Thanksgiving Meal Basket during the Thanksgiving holiday.
If
you or any families / individuals you know need this support, please contact our office or provide the accompanying form
to fill out and return the form to the Tacoma Urban League by November 16, 2023.
The forms will be turned over to the organizers of this event for the distribution at the People's Center on Monday, November 20,
2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
PLEASE NOTE:
The person listed on the application form is the only person that will be able to pick up their Thanksgiving basket.
They are making no exceptions during the pick-up distribution. They will be asking for a
photo ID in order to pick-up and match with the application form.
Please make sure that the family/individual is aware of this requirement to receive the Thanksgiving Basket.
