Hello amazing community,

I'm wondering where is the most effective place to try to get help for an adult experiencing houselessness who is wheelchair bound? He expressed interest in the tiny house program but would probably need additional care and he doesn't have a functional phone.

If anyone is able to assist I can give more info at that time but I am in the thick of my own situation and just don't currently have the resources to be able to help as much as I want to. I'm going to try to check in with him sometime today but it would be super helpful to have a few options for him to try and/or a phone he can use to call and get online with. I was able to get him a sleeping bag last night at least thanks to my awesome friend.
