Purpose: Share what folks are working on that would be amplified by sharing with the full Coalition.

10:30 a.m. - Breakout Discussion: What would it take for government officials to consider homelessness an emergency? And how can we work to change that narrative?
Purpose: This is an opportunity for people to network and talk about today’s topic. We ask that one person in each room take notes and share them in the chat at the end of the breakout.
