Hello there,

Uhaul has a tab on their website called "Moving Labor".
Independent movers list their services here and have very reasonable rates.
Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.

Hey,

I have a member that broke his back in March. He just got a new apartment and can’t lift more than 10 pounds. He is trying to move his things out of his storage, but can’t find anyone to help for cheap or free. If anyone has any information or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Respectfully,
