Hello,

 

I have a member that has a backup in his duplex. He has reported it to the landlord she sent someone to fix it. Now it is happening again and she won’t answer the phone. The feces has gotten onto his carpet outside of the restroom. He is on disability and can’t afford a hotel. Who can he call to get help with this situation. He is on HEN also.
