Bob and Jane, along with their young son, Sky, have found themselves without a home. For the past few nights, they have been forced to sleep outdoors, enduring the harsh cold. Sky, a bright and energetic first grader, is worried about the situation. He doesn't like sleeping outside, and he's starting to feel sick. Bob and Jane are desperate for help. They've tried calling every shelter in town, but they're all full. As the days turn into nights, the temperature continues to drop. Bob and Jane know they can't stay outside much longer. They're afraid for Sky's health and well-being. They need to find a place to stay, and they need it now. They've heard rumors of an emergency service that could help, but they don't know who to contact. They're hoping that someone will come to their aid and give them a place where they can finally rest their heads.
