They've tried calling every shelter in town, but they're all full. As the days turn into nights, the temperature continues to drop. Bob and Jane know they can't stay outside much longer. They're afraid for Sky's health and well-being. They need to find a place to stay, and they need it now. They've heard rumors of an emergency service that could help, but they don't know who to contact. They're hoping that someone will come to their aid and give them a place where they can finally rest their heads.
