Maybe they will be willing to waive the fees... or find another support resource to cover the cost.

Hoping for the best in this situation,

Respectfully,

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Homeless Coalition - Request for Support or Resources for Euthanasia of Emotional Support Animal

Good morning coalition,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of one of our veterans who is currently facing an incredibly difficult decision. He has an emotional support animal who has been a constant source of comfort and companionship. Unfortunately, due to health complications, the time has come for him to make the heart-wrenching decision to put her down. While this is an incredibly painful step, he does not want her to suffer any longer than she has to.

However, this veteran is currently living with zero income and is unable to afford the costs associated with euthanizing his beloved pet. We are seeking any resources, financial assistance, or support programs that could help cover the costs of euthanasia and related expenses. If you are aware of any organizations, charities, or local resources that may be able to provide assistance in this situation, it would mean the world to this veteran during this emotionally challenging time.

Best,

Sydney Jaxon (she/her)
