Good Morning Community!

I have a teenage boy whose Mother is unwilling to take him back in. 

• There is a restraining order as well. 
•  His Father was released from prison in Oregon, but he has not spoken to him in 6 years and is struggling to find him. 
• We have called DCYF who has not been very helpful, because his Mother is still his legal guardian. 
• The Mother has been somewhat uncooperative & has told us she will relinquish her rights, but will not go out of her own way to do so. 
•  There is a program in Seattle, but no one is answering the phone and they do not have a voicemail. 

I am reaching out to see if someone can assist us in stopping the vicious cycle that will ultimately lead to him being on the streets this upcoming week. Any help would be oh so greatly appreciated!
