I would think that if the landlords use the same or similar screening agents/businesses the prospective tenant could do one screening themselves and then include a copy in an application.  It would have the same validity as unofficial college transcripts.

 

But this process is quite outside of my experience.

I don’t know the answer to this question, but it seems to me that the coalition should advocate for local law requiring landlords to accept a recent screening instead of requiring a new one with each new application.
