Greetings Exhibitors!
Exhibitor registration for the 2025 Livable Community Fair May 10, 2025, is now open.
You may register via this link: http://weblink.donorperfect.com/2025LCF, or scan the following QR Code.
To register:
- Select booth type:
- Double Booth in Gym with Wall ($105)
- Single or Double Booth in Gym (no wall/no electricity ($50/$100)
- Double Booth in Whitmore Room with Wall ($100)
- Single Booth in Whitmore Room with Wall ($50)
- There is no extra charge for electricity. However, if you need electricity, you are responsible for selecting a booth along a wall near a lighting symbol.
- Once you select a category, choose the number of booths needed. If you select a double booth along a wall, you will only need to select 1. If you want a double booth (2 tables) in the center of the gym, you will need to select 2.
- Indicate the Name you would like on the booth placard.
- Indicate number of tables (0/1/2). Standard single booths have 1 table. Double booths have 2 tables. Please note: If you bring additional tables, you will not be permitted to turn large tables perpendicular to the aisles, so as to block the aisles.
- Indicate the number of chairs you will need.
- Indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice booth numbers. Booths will be assigned in the order in which they were received. Once assigned, booth numbers will no longer be listed. If your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices are already assigned, we will contact you ASAP to determine other options.
- Add any additional donation to support the Key Peninsula Civic Center and the many programs offered to the community.
- Add contact information. This year we are asking for vehicle information. This will help us reach out to any vendors who do not have an accessibility permit to move their vehicles to the vendor parking area, which will ensure there are no cars blocking the fire lanes and shoppers are able to park. We appreciate your cooperation!
- Lastly, enter your payment information. Payments may be made by credit card or check online, by mail or in person. If you wish to pay by credit card, check or cash in the office, you can still register online. However, your registration will not be processed until the office notifies the Vendor Coordinator that your payment has been received.
