Colleagues,
We are considering holding a 30-minute long inclement weather check in meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. ahead of the start of the regular Coalition meeting that begins at 9 a.m. Would you be interested in attending? The focus of the meeting would be simply to make sure everyone who needs water and any other supplies ahead of the predicted high temperatures over the weekend would know how to get those items to provide to people throughout the heat spell.
Please respond to the full list to let all of us know if there is interest in a short meeting.
