I am writing to ask if you would be available to meet on the fourth Thursday this month (26th) from 3-4  instead of on the 19th.  I have an eye appointment at 2:40 pm the 19th, and hadn't put both events in my calendar so was not aware of the conflict until now.

If the 26th doesn't work, or if another day or time would work better for you in general, could you suggest a couple other days/times and  I'll get back to everyone as soon as I can.
