Good afternoon,

I understand that there are many concerns about the property under the 11th Street Bridge but what about letting it be a sanctioned RV encampment?  Wouldn't that take care of the concern about the contaminated site since they are already self-contained?  Bring in gravel for walkways?  Have them use their bathrooms and just have HoneyBucket do clean outs every few days? 

I know I'm grasping but...we all are.
