Thank you Rob and Maureen for putting this together

I've added  a couple of thoughts that didn't occur to me until I was in the document. If others disagree with the parts that are highlighted with blue comments - I am okay with not making those changes.

Most other recommendations involve formatting and grouping ideas (from the SS4A conversation) to make it easier to take in our boat-load of advice. It's GOOD advice - there's just a lot of it : )
