Hi all, last week I suggested creating group norms to help create a baseline of guidelines for conversation. When you search for "group norms" or "working guidelines" there are a ton of resources, but I don't think all of them translate well to the nonprofit space and to the application of an equity lens. Here are a couple resources I think could serve as starting points if y'all are interested in putting something like this together:

Guide for Setting Ground Rules - for conversations on social justice concerns
Guide to Respectful Conversations - geared toward conversations on race and equity, includes general facilitation tips
Color Brave Space - this includes guidelines that would need to be licensed for use; the blog also emphasizes the importance of creating that ground rules do not "cater to whiteness" and allow for difficult/uncomfortable conversations
