We may want to mention this ask during tomorrow’s regular meeting and encourage those who have thoughts to join either the “Safe Sites” meeting on Monday at noon or the Steering Committee work session Monday at 8 p.m.

Good afternoon,The Mayor would like our responses to the two ordinances under consideration - by Tuesday. I'll send those as soon as I receive the most current copies. One is the Emergency Ordinance and the other the No Camping Ordinance.
The Mayor would like us to provide some concrete suggestions on what a minimally managed safe sife would look like.
The Mayor is going to talk with mayors in communities that are using Built for Zero. She began talking about phases and I said no - we're using Built for Zero. She was on the website while I was still explaining it.
So - please add numbers one and two to both the Safe Parking/Safe Sites meeting Monday noon and be prepared to talk about them when we meet Monday might.
I told her I'd talk to "my people" and get back to her.
This is all moving way too fast....
thanks everyone for hanging in,Maureen
