Please find attached Tristia's responses - and the almost final draft of our letter.  I've asked her if we can include her comments as an attachment.   I think we should cite and attach Warren v Chico.  Maybe leave her comments for a second communication should we need that.

Given that she didn't get the ordinances until 9pm last night, it's pretty amazing she got back to us an hour ago!  Always good to have a friend.

I'll wait about an hour for any comments.  Sorry about the timing.  It's an imperfect world.

The proposed ordinance is overly broad, vague, and cruel, so it's hard to find ways for it to be improved. But, please see the attached docs for more detailed feedback on the ordinance draft. And, please let me know if you have any questions!

Just got these - 28756 is no camping...with code change to put Chief of Police in charge...side note - City has not yet settled last killings of people of color by Tacoma Police.  

Appreciate anything you can suggest we ask to be changed - other than just don't do this.
