I'd like some time on the new ARPA Emergency Housing Vouchers - do we want to propose priorities within the federal law?

And the State Rapid Capital Acquisition funding

And some "trash talk" - can we request scheduled trash pick-up in encampments every Monday?  Assuming the volunteer groups continue to provide food on the week-ends?  Paid site hosts?  City drops off garbage cans/containers every Friday along with supply of garbage bags?  Someone in the encampment is responsible to accept and "monitor" the cans and bags.  Or is this all too scripted?

And the scope of Outreach - the providers funded by city and county...the changes to the Use of Public Property ordinance assume non-law enforcement pretty much 24/7.  How close are we to that right now?

Subject: Call for agenda items for today's Steering Committee Meeting

I figured we’d spend a lot of time talking about the Use of Public Space Ordinance, but with that timeline getting pushed back, we have time on the agenda. Let me know what we should spend time on today.

We’ll meet as usual at 3pm via zoom - https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMrce2gpjsrGtDIWMdEO7KrDNpaGSBdEGYs

Thanks,

-Gerrit
