Two choices:
1 - send out now to the full coalition in hopes some individuals and organizations will send their own public comments or
2 - share with the full coalition Friday morning during my regular advocacy report.

I just didn't see our role as technical expertise.  There are plenty of comments on changes.  We are experts on what happens when you don't have a home.  I think we want Council absolutely grounded in everyone having a home.
