3. Comp Plan to End Homelessness Steering Comm update - Maureen Howard.  Question:  response and comment to the current draft - attached.

4.Request from Mr. Bond, living in his van in Sumner - Jeffrey Boyce and Maureen Howard, update. Question:  if Mr. Bond wants the National Homelessness Law Center and the National Coalition for the Homeless to send a letter to the Sumner police, shall the TPC Coalition to End Homelessness sign on?  Maureen's recommendation:  yes.
