I've looked at transcripts from March and May to find what we did. I found lots of discussion about this on the different dates, and the polls that selected representatives to the April ad hoc committee plus Gerrit's discussion of the way groups can request representatives from the Coalition, but no formal vote on the requirements per se.  I am atttaching the redacted transcripts and email I found.

I found it!  I'm sure Roemary had it as well.  What I don't remember and don't have time to search is whether or not the Coalition formally adopted these recommendations in a Friday meeting.

 

I'm guessing we would have done that March 19 or 26?
