I have attached the process as I have stated it in the latest version of the draft document on formalizing our current practice. Not all of this needs to be shared on screen on Friday, as much could be spoken.

Let Rob know if there are things you would want to be different as he will need to create what to share on screen and the poll to confirm the process. I hope my internet will be more stable on Friday.
