The Tacoma Pierce County Coalition to End Homelessness Safe Sites for All Committee will meet as usual at noon today, Monday, Dec. 27 via Zoom and invites everyone interested to attend.

	Program: Weekly meeting of the Safe Sites for all Team - working on safe parking and safe encampment project across Pierce County.

We have invited representatives from the Pierce County Emergency Operations Center and Pierce County Human Services to brief us on the status of response to people experiencing homelessness.  We do not have confirmation of their availability.  We understand that they are all working in the best interests of people experiencing homelessness.  If they cannot attend, we'll continue to provide information they give us and we'll give them our questions/suggestions/concerns.  And from what we've seen so far, our thanks. 

Jan Runbeck is at the EOC as the Coalition's liaison.  If she cannot join us, Rob Huff will chair the meeting.

The agenda will be basically:  How Do We Keep People Alive Through the Week?

• What do we know especially about people living outside?
• Who is going out to them and when?
• What do people doing outreach need to get through the week?
• What do you want to tell/ask the EOC and/or PC Human Services?
• How should the Coalition spend the $1200 available for winter weather in the Medical Reserve Corps donation?  We have reserved $700 if required to cover Valeo's Lyft expenses for getting shelter staff back and forth to work
