Purpose: An update about what outreach teams are seeing on the streets this week.

9:15 a.m. - A look back at the cold weather emergency response
Purpose: A group discussion and update from the cold weather emergency response last week - what worked, what barriers came up, and what should we do now to prepare for other cold weather responses?

9:35 a.m. - Breakout discussion: What would help you better respond to needs in the next emergency?
Purpose: Get to know each other, and discuss the topic of the day.

9:55 a.m. - LIHI updates
Purpose: Hear the latest about the work of the Low Income Housing Institute in Pierce County.

Purpose: During the December meeting of the Steering Committee, it was asked that we consider this question - whether the Steering Committee should continue carrying its work forward? Or if another entity should do that work?

10:50 a.m. - Reflect on today’s meeting
Purpose: Hear from those who would like to share about how they feel today’s meeting went. What worked? What didn’t? What should be done differently next time?
