But on Item 2 - please spend a few minutes talking about whom else should be on the PC Comp Plan Advisory Board - think about under or unrepresented people. I'm guessing we'll be able to add people - at least I hope we can. We don't have an agenda for the March 4 meeting yet but I think this could be a discussion item. At some point, I think we'll also have to decide how we want to work - whether we keep using working groups like we did in creating the Comp Plan. I liked that they were open to interested people. There is so much experience and knowledge across the community now, that I really want us to capture that. I think it will also keep us honest and make us listen to people who are new to the issue but want to help with solutions.
