This sounds great - and replicable, but It may be a while before any "toolkits" are created. I wonder if someone from Pierce County could serve as an apprentice on this project. Or maybe we could hear ideas in real time if someone on the King Co. team is willing to bring periodic updates to the coalition meetings.
