Hi Rob.  It is fine with me to  cancel today as I am out of town already.  Since Jani Hitchen won't be able to come on Dec 1, (but can on Dec 8) we'll need to think about a presentation for Dec 1 , but with the possibilities of some update from larger shelters, that might work out fine.  Also, while I'm out of town, I am still able to come on Friday morning, but was thinking of a very simple and   more spontaneous welcome if we still want that to be on the agenda.  If the meeting is more like a check in/inclement weather meeting, I'm fine not having that on the agenda too.

Hi everyone,

With the holiday approaching tomorrow and a lot of folks setting out to travel today, along with the fact that we don’t need to do any planning for this Friday’s short Coalition meeting, I am calling the question of whether we should still hold a Steering Committee meeting at 3 p.m. today? Let me know what you think.

I did send out notice to the Inclement Weather mailing list that we will hold cold weather check in meetings on Friday through next Tuesday, since low temperatures are forecast to dip into the upper 20s this weekend. Just FYI, in case you hadn’t seen it.
