I’ll run the call Sunday. If no one else can do Monday, I can do that one as well, although I have a plumbing inspector coming Monday at some point, but I doubt they’ll come that early, so shouldn’t be a problem.

That would be great, Jay! And it sounds like Sally could also help with the meeting on Tuesday.

Now I could just use some help with Sunday and Monday!

I can facilitate Tuesday. I'll do my best to make tomorrow. Would like to sit in at least one to get reacquainted before Tuesday.

Hi folks,

As some of you know, I am traveling this weekend - currently sitting in a hotel room in Taos, NM - and due to the time difference and the need to actually take some time off, I could use some help holding the cold weather calls on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Can anyone help? I can share the simple agenda I use while holding the calls, pasted below. The biggest thing is that we remain consistent in holding these calls when weather conditions hit our thresholds, and that we can do what we can to coordinate response to people’s needs.

Here is the agenda I use:

Standard agenda:

  • Emergencies
  • Outreach check in
  • Shelters check in
  • Day centers
  • Warming Centers
  • Outreach Supplies

I just keep track of where folks are doing outreach in my notes, and how many people attend each call.
