NIMBY blocks now keep cars from the encampment location at 34th & Pacific. Still no canopies for the 35th and Pacific tent site. The various encampments near stability site have been posted. The strip on East M, where lots of drugs and prostitution were underway is cleared. The Union Street Loop encampment is growing, some from sweeps having relocated here. Kevin put in a request for a 300 gallon garbage can, so we will see how that goes. We met a group from The Gathering Place Fellowship at FOB Hope, delivering hot meals. People are scattered, many agitated. Winter of our discontent. This is not working.
