There is a woman named Tia staying at the Union Loop encampment who desires outreach and services. She has not gone through coordinated entry, does not understand system and how it works. She would like to get off the street. She is staying in a Ford Expedition that parks on the shoulder of the loop that goes around the encampment. She says she would welcome contact and so if anyone can connect with her she is likely to be receptive.
